The second GORILLAFEST, lit up the Coney Island Amphitheater with an electrifying lineup of hip-hop heavyweights. Nems made it his mission to treat every attendee like a VIP, and the energy on stage matched that dedication. Pretty Lou kicked things off as host while DJ Perly energized the crowd with her set. The momentum surged when Statik Selektah and Scram Jones took over, with Scram surprising fans by bringing out Kid Capri to perform “Live From New York.” Queens legends Onyx followed with their signature Slam style, and just as the crowd caught their breath, M.O.P. took the stage, turning the energy up another notch. Big Dubz of Sporty Thievz kept the vibe alive, followed by powerful performances from Big Noyd, Scar Lip, Smooth Da Hustler, and Al Scratch—each repping their boroughs and eras with pride.

As the night built up, Gorilla Nems returned to the stage to rep Coney Island with high-octane performances of “IYKYK” and “GO FAT BOY,” just to name a few. Harlem’s A$AP Ferg brought his signature intensity, and D-Block’s Styles P kept the Amphitheater walls shaking with classics. The grand finale belonged to none other than Busta Rhymes and Spliff Star with Hottest In America, DJ Scratchator on the set. They delivered a legendary, high-voltage dragon set that turned the boardwalk into a frenzy. GORILLAFEST 2 didn’t just showcase talent—it cemented itself as a staple in New York City’s live hip-hop concerts brought to you by Summerstage and Mex3Media.
